Supernatural type man who has such a disturbed psychological obsession with the hair of young girls.
He was tortured and stripped of all his hair and clothes from a gang of school kids when he was young. As he grows us, he seems to be unable to fully recover from the traumatic events and leave the past in the past.
He then starts torturing girls related to his past attackers, giving the victims a devilish nightmare in a manic torturing fest to get his own back.
